Need help designing team logo

I need help designing a logo for my team. The team name is Dyslexia, and our normal/prefered colors are black and neon green. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Need more specifics...

do you want the font backwards (.. dyslexia theme)?
What font do you prefer?
Do you want "team dyslexia" or just "dyslexia"?

Just Dyslexia, every thing else is up to the designers. Could also be something like the Oakland Assasins logo(not a similar logo, but not just text). I will probably workout somesort of prize for the winning design. So far they look great.
