How do I put a new strap on my flex 7?

Well I went to the store today, I was looking at a proflex. I noticed the only difference was the ear gaurds, so I got some ear gaurds like that, and a new strap. I got the ear gaurds on but I have no clue how to put the strap on its like tiny. Anyone happen to know how?
