AGD invited nitro tank right?? Then smart parts cant do anything to them because smart parts makes a nitro tank.

Not quite...that question has been answered numerous times.

They didnt invent the nitro tank, they just found a practical use in paintball for it.

Im pretty sure SP didnt invent the silicon chip or the solenoid valve.

I dont understand how they can patent a combination of these things.

Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.

But they invented the use of said items in paintball guns. Same as AGD, but they chose not to patent it. Seeing as it has been WAY to long for them to patent it now, they cant do anything about it. SP has had this patent for years, but has just now decided to broaden such and take advantage of said patent.

Exactly. The same way (i'm pretty sure) that AGD created the powerfeed. They decided not to patent it, now any company can use it.
