    SIMPLE QUESTION:
    JUST RECIEVED MY 68 CLASSIC FROM PBGEAR.COM. THE INSTRUNCTIONAL VIDEO THAT COMES WITH IT IS DAMAGED.WHO SHOULD I CALL..
    1.UPS
    2.PBGEAR.COM
    3.AGD


    PAINTBALL GEAR GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND TOLD ME TO CALL AGD. BUT I DONT THINK THAT WILL HELP BECAUSE I ORDERED IT FROM PBGEAR. AND THERE THE ONES THAT DAMAGED IT . WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK??????

    If there wasn't any damage on the outside of the box then UPS usually won't do anything if a package has been signed for. How do you know PBGear damaged the video? What kind of damage are we talking about? I would call them back and tell them what the problem is. If the rep you talk to doesn't seem to help then ask to speak to his supervisor. Be civil when you speak to them and they should help you out. If that doesn't work, call AGD and see if they can help you out.

        the damage is pretty bad. the video is split apart and there are peices of plastic broken off. it is definately not fixable so i need a new tape.....
