Hosting a AO day at field?

Just curious how i'd get one started , i'm in central ohio and by spring i'll have my field established and i'd love to have a AO day there. A guy on my team has a xmag and ule emag and prolly wants to meet more maggers.

How would i arrange one ,and whats average turnout for ao days?
