    For Use By Adults Only?

Ok, I noticed today on my Fokus that it says for use only by adults, does this mean I'm illegaly using this? If I go to a field are they gonna turn me away because I'm 13? Answers please!

that's just something that they put so jackasses won't sell them to little children. ignore it - why would they let kids play if they weren't allowed to use the markers? it's the same way for pocket knives - kids need their parents to buy them, and need to be supervised with them, but they can use them...

13 you need a parent or gaurdian to sign a waiver and usually remail on site.

Last time I checked most if not all fields require you to be 10 years of age to play, due to insurance regulations...

Any field requires a waiver signed by a legal guardian for a minor, they also usually have a minimum age between 12 and 16 depending on the field. I havn't heard of any making parents stay on site however some may require it.

i hate the waiver rule at some of the places i went to - i m under 18 and this place said my parents had to sign ANOTHER waiver every time i went, that just sucks...

i usually just "rogue" or whatever they call it w/ my friends/cousins

Some fields require parents to play with 10 year old kids, be on site for 13, sign waiver on 16+.

Pretty much every paintball gun says that either on the gun or in the manual.

im 17 and i play at the badlandz every single weekend and they get more strict with the rules every single time. if you are under 18 you have to have a guardian or the person who signed the waiver stay with you the whole day. the worst thing is this. now theres a normal open group and a "hardcore"(yes its a cheezy name) group. if you are under 18 and want to play with the hardcore group you have to have your guardian or waiver signer to talk to the supervisor of the field and let him know personally that its ok for you to play. they know who i am, they know im 17, they know i have played with some of the best competition at their field, and yet they still need a confirmation from a legal adult that im "allowed" to play there. its such bs. i love that place to death but lately its been more of a hastle than anything else.
