Sounds interesting... got a link that explains in detail how this actually works differently from an EBlade? I'm not saying it's the same, I know it isn't. I saw something related to the ram/hammer but it didn't explain exactly. Is it like a Timmy ram? Elaborate if you can, thanks!

Well, I got a vid of Planet Eclipse testing the eblade at 30bps with paint, and it works fine. WTF, somethings faster than a mag? Nooo...

Actually, Jack Wood said that the full auto eclipse video was shooting at 20-22bps with the Halo and around 17-19bps with the evo 2. Hammer and Tanner (Eblade Techs) said they've gotten the eblade to cycle at over 30cps.

I see. Person who posted it said 30.

              sarcasm

Notice toyotaboy was saying a Cocker can't go that fast, he didn't bring up Mags. And I don't believe Mags are the fastest at all, I don't own one anymore, and I never said they were faster. Don't complain to others about being sarcastic in other threads when you're doing it yourself here for no reason.

So elaborate on what exactly is used to make this Cocker (the Osiris) different and so much better than a normal cocker. How does it work to cycle without a sear? What is the 2nd reg for? Do you see any of the parts that improve it over normal EBlades able to be retrofitted into regular mags?

Oh yeah, and why the new thread? This one already existed:

Dude, read it carefully. Its a turtle cocker . Those can actually do it (with an eblade).

                    turtles

OK, great link to turtle cockers but it doesn't show the hammer, just tells generally how it works, and it has nothing on the Osiris which is what the thread is about. Do you have a detailed info source on the Osiris and how it works (ie, exactly how the pneumatics work and internals set up?)

                          link

Thanks for the link louie, I checked that one out but unfortunately it doesn't actually tell what it's revolutionary new firing system that doesn't use a sear, etc, is. I see an airline running into the trigger frame, so I'm wondering if a 2nd noid is used to control a ram that is solely responsible for firing which, if it is, would make this a closed bolt Timmy/Viking/Impulse and actually have it closely resemble an Excalibur. If 2 noids are used and the timing can be really close, I can see where having the seperate systems allowing a higher ROF. Dunno, need to see the internals to know.

The race short blocks can do 30 bps... and regardless, Cockers are some of the fastest guns supposedly they have infinite BPS capabilities tolerance and parts wise.

A lot of guns are faster than mags these days...
