i bought a warp feed, and the pulley was broke, so i called in for a new pulley, got a "no problem, dude, its in the mail today"....excellent customer service (as usual)...then, it arrives today, and i get a new battery cover, a new diverter plate, the lil brass pulley, and a new o-ring drive belt...
