Let's all give props to AGD Pride

Anyone who checked the website already knows that AGD Pride just barely missed the cut (by 50 freaking points dang it), which put them in 9th. The top 8 teams advanced to the semis.

They played awesome the first day...rolling through most of the teams like they'd been playing 10-man together forever. Most of them hadn't played a 10-man event before.

The second day they had a couple of tough games...and a few crappy calls by refs. But they were still very competitive and played awesome overall. I know they'll post and give more details about the event.

I got to hang out with all these guys all weekend long, and they are the most freakin' awesome bunch I've met.
So let's all congratulate Pride for a stellar showing at World Cup. CONGRATS PRIDE!

Looks like game four, five and eight were the killers. You turn any one of them all the way around and you woulda made finals. Just one!

Yea. The cut off ended up being two games. We were in control of our own destiny going into the last game but couldn't come away with the win.

I'll post some more info about the event in another thread soon.
