how do you post a link in your sig?

ok yes im a dumb a$$ and cant figure it out. i want to have a link in me sig that when you click on it it takes you to me feedback thread like many of you have.my problem is i cant do it ! could someone please explain to me how to do this.please go step by step very slowly and use small words so i can keep up
as you can see below i have the address just cant make it into a link.

Now replace what you want it to say where I put "your link is here"
