if you have enough money i would suggest the oure energy 68/3000psi if u can afford it. it will get more shots out of it and its not to much more. no u dont need a drop forward but there nice to have. and no most dont come with on/off's you have to buy them serperate. a good drop for that tak would be a shocktech medium or long drop in my preffrence. good luck!

im confused. looking at the pictures, it seems as though the drop forwards have the on/off on them. is that how it works? i should just get a drop forward w/ on/off on it?

they might picture them but the shocktechs do not come with on/offs as far as i know.

come on guys help me out! im buying this within the next 30 minutes. i gotta find a drop forward and on/off for the tank. link me to them so i can add it to my cart!

i'm also getting this. is this ok for a hopper? the rest are more expensive. i want a halo though.

In regards to a drop forward. All you need it for is to balance your gun or use the tank as a shoulder stock (atleast in my case) you can connect the bottom line adapter directly to it.You really don't need a on/off valve for it. It has got a pin valve if you turn it 1/4 to a 1/2 a turn the pin should close up and if you degas your marker (shooting out the remaining gas in the line) you can safely take off the tank. You may want to pick up a nipple cover for the tank to prevent dirt from accumulating there and getting into the tank and your marker. Here are some examples of drop forwards. (Warning you may go through a couple before you find one that balance out your gun.
Some of them have on offs if you really need one.

What are you shooting?
If it isn't something that is going to an insane rate of fire just stick with a regular hopper til you can afford a halo. I was shooting my mag for over 5 years with out a motorized hopper.
