Damn My Field Tech!!!!

last friday, my field tech replaced my flatline reg seat with a brand new one that LaW was nice enough to pick up for me from AGD

it was having worse dropoff than before with the old orange reg seat, so today i decided to pop open the reg myself and have a look


to my surprise, there was an anniahalated reg. seat, and a bent reg. piston

that just made my day

$25 down the crapper

make them buy you a new one, they broke it

Are you sure the piston wasn't the issue in the first place? If it was, then you had to replace it anyways. Seems if you had dropoff with both that could be it. And $25 isn't that bad, I've seen people have car parts installed wrong that resulted in thousands of dollars of damage due to shoddy installation, that is something to be ripped out.
