Well this is why i am asking. I want to buy a cross fire low pressure tank. So will that work for my auto-mag?

Tank is: 68ci 4500psi low pressure fixed tank.

get the one with the red collar, it is a high output(around 800 or so) the blue collar is the low output, it's not enough for a mag.

Depends on what your definition of "low Pressure" is. The chamber pressure is about 400-420psi. that's low pressure to me. It's not the insanely stupid sub-200psi that other guns have, so shot count doesn't suffer.

You'll want to get a high pressure output screw in tank for your mag.

            cool?

yea i was wondering teh same question cause im getting a 68mag and i only have a 68/3k tank so how many shots do u think i could get out of that? i might still invest in a new tank but if i can only get 600 shots out of it then it wont be worth it to use unless im at a field or we get our scuba soon.

                youll get around 680 shots

for 3000 psi tanks take the cubic inch measurement and multiply it by 10
for 4500 psi multiply it by 15

                this is all aproximate

spyX, do you have level 10? if so, what carrier/shim setup are you using?

and mags are NOT low pressure guns, and dont even think about getting a LP tank for a mag, you'll NEED the high pressure reg for it
