What pissed me off about that interview is that he was acting as if living on the streets is a good thing.

Since Todd Marteniez is a real person who is active in our sport, useing his name as your user name will cause confustion.

So please just register a new name. I cant change a user name - you need to make a new account. Post when you do so, so I can delete your "Todd" account.

Using the same name as other people in Pop culture (like britany spears) I will probably allow, as there is little confusion that she would actually be on the board. But when you have the same name as someone in the sport, a pro player like todd, or a manufacture like Bud Orr or Tom Kaye, there is too much room for confusion and yes people could have legal grounds against you.

so please - no one impersonate anyone on the board or use a similar confusing name.
