Can't put pics up

I need some help. I can't post pics from a local tourney I played in. A screen comes up that says something about refreshing. Is it because I need to have somebody host the pics?

There's been an announcemt on every page for over a week saying that we can't attach/upload images to AO.

Find a host and link them.
