Doobie- My bro and his helicopter unit for the Utah Air National Guard might be heading over there this January. He's already been in Kuwaitt for 6 months and he is loving the fact he gets to spend up to 18 months in the desert.

Good luck. I've seen many units come and go from Ramstein A.B ( Biggest Air base WOOT!). A lot of them come down to the field and play with us and share good ol' stories. GOOD LUCK (again)!

I don't know if it was the first one but their was a huge one AWHILE back so probably it happened just down the road from my house. Thier is a tombstone for that crash. I didn't know it was the first though. :o
