I like mine the best, but of the ones that you listed the 03 Rat is the best. It has the best parts and the some really nice milling.

i heard the adrenaline impulse internals sux...
i heard its just stock internals pretty much and
most people with adrenaline just buy nd parts for them...
thats why i say go with the 03 rat...

im going with adrenaline because those things look sweet... but in all practicality im a personal fan of the nasty

Rat Imps are all ND parts. IMO the best Imp parts out there. Most "custom" imps have only the bolt and the Hammer upgraded. Most have a Voodoo bolt and a brass hammer. The Rats have a Rat hole hammer, Slik shot ram, ND R.A.T. valve and a Equalizer bolt and a Ti pull pin. The parts are like night and day. ND parts rule. PERIOD!
