AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Ive never seen a CP barrel that didnt do this eventually
"it constantly leaked from the 3 way. I bought all new pneumatics and the leak just moved. I sat down and looked over Ravi's cocker site and messed with it and it still did'nt work right. I took it to a local "cocker expert and it worked ok until I got it home. Needless to say I have never had the urge to throw something off a cliff more." - Load SM5 on owning an Autococker
My field uses Severe Standard FP/Severe Storm as paint (black shell with yellow fill). One night after playing, I didn't notice that there was splatter on the hood of my SUV. The very next morning I see the yellow fill on there, spray it off only to find that it took the PAINTJOB off with it.
i think for some reason that's pretty universal (the peeling of auto-paint from paintball paint hitting it). It seems that any paint we've used has to come RIGHT off auto paint or it eats through it- this includes big ball and marbs
Doesnt mess with the paint on a Saturn (thank god!), I drove my wifes car to the field over the weekend and didnt notice the paint all over the hood and roof until the next day, ran it through the carwash and it was good as new.

Back before I got into playing paintball, my friend had a gun, it was called "The Edge" from some unknown company, but man, was that thing a brick. It was solid as hell, and weighted about 10 pounds on it's own, but anyway, my friend did everything WRONG with this gun, chopped paint, broke balls in the barrel, and whatnot, and didnt ever, I mean EVER clean it. He left it go for about 2, to 2 and 1/2 years. I come along, and open it up. The paint had still NOT DRIED!!! The paint was actually still wet inside of it. I tilted it downward for a few minutes, and paint ran down the barrel. I cleaned it up, but there was so much paint in it, it could never be savlaged.
And I never could freeze paintballs either. I tried, I left them in a deep freeze for several weeks, and they never froze. weird.
Oh, but to the point, I didnt notice any stains of any sort on the gun/barrel, and none of it hardened.
