I purchased an e-mag a while back, never used it since I was parting it out and was going to use the parts for a project. I talked a friend into giving me cash and his classic for the e-mag valve. So I put it in his marker and it starts leaking out the rear. I started to get upset since I never tested this valve and I assumed it worked. I lowered the velocity and it seemed to help a little. When we fired it, it would exaust air out the rear. So I took the velocity nut off and it looked like someone put half a tube of Dow in it. I cleaned it off and noticed a shinny part in there. I pulled it out and it was a random copper part and a Level 10 shim came out with it. After that I put the right amount of grease on the springs and put it back to gether.
I am trying to figure out how the hell they got in there. After I reasembled the marker, it shot as good as new. I think i will take a picture of those parts. thank god I love mags and know them this well.
