my impulse seems to run better on c02, i know theres something i must do to get it to operate on nitro, but i dont know what to do?

What do you mean by "run better"? Do you think that on co2 it is more consistant, accurate, etc.?

you wont need to do anything to make it run on HPA.

I seriously doubt you need to do anything to make your imp run on HPA. Just get an HPA bottle and use it. But HPA should be more consistent, not just because its can't be a liquid, it also has a second reg on the tank.

glen palmer swears by co2. he says that its more consistant in hs tests over hpa.

imps ARE more efficient with co2..way more efficient. keep the co2.

but an HSW I-frame with the HPA money.

what iu emant by runs better is that i seem to get mor shots out of a 12 ounce co2 then i do on my 68 ci pure energy tank, i remeber reading something in the user manual telling me how to use it better on hp

                      What you can do is:

                      1. Get a 4500psi tank, which for the same size on a full fill will get you 1.5 times the number of shots on your 68/3k (the tank I'm guessing you have).

                      2. Get New Designz internals: Valve, Ram, Bolt, and a RatHole SS hammer. (Or the equivalent parts from another company.) These are close to the "perfect" weight for impulse internals and don't take as much force to move back and forth. And the valve is higher flow, which combined with the next upgrade....

                      3. Get a LPR on there. Combining an LPR with the above internals will let you set your cocking/solenoid pressure separate from your operating pressure. You can raise the operating pressure for better efficency while still using a low bolt pressure so you wont' chop paint.

                      OR

                      4. Keep co2, it's cheaper, smaller, and more efficient. The Max-Flo will keep it consistant enough. =)
