    Cheep Paint

I wanted to do some midnight woodsball with a decent sized group of friends (you know to remember the good o'l times) and wanted to find a brand of paint that is cheep, good quality, and decent barrel size. Ive been looking into brands of cheeper paint, so tell me what you think about them if you have used them in the past:

    ZAP Spank
    Diablo Midnight
    Competative Edge
    JT Freedom
    32 Degrees Competition paint

Any recomendations? I had wanted to not spend more than around $40 a case. If you could also include who to buy from, cost, and bore size if possible.

Also if you have any recomendations for the woodsball (equipment, scenarios, etc) that would be great.

I was thinking about having some glow in the dark paint mixed in with the paint so we can have that tracer effect, but from what ive read on the forums, they dont really glow longer than a minute without a UV hopper.

      Diablo Midnight

When I first started playing paintball I used diablo midnight because it was cheep and I had no money. The truth is, it is way to unpredictable as far as accuracy goes. And as far as breaks go, when you get hit on bare skin, it shatters and I've left the field with some pretty nasty cuts. It's not wroth getting. Try PMI Super Swirl. It's alot like PMI Premium.

Midnight is awesome fresh! 32* isnt too bad... but the paint is lop-sided, like everthing that 32* makes.

I like all the Draxxus/Diablo paints. I usually can get Blaze at our field for a good price, shoots nicely, breaks all the time, has a good fill to it.

zap is the worst paint i have EVER used. Whenever one of my friends buys it, we are able to find it all around the woods and shoot it back at him. Except we hit him when we shoot, and since the paint doesn't break, we hit him lots, and give him huge welts. NEVER buy zap

                  My choice is Midnight,

With my experince with it, it is a good cheap paint that fires well. I always buy it for woods ball.. cheapest paint i can get my hands on thats not white box.

Zap isn't that bad. I used Torq for the very same reason a few weeks ago with acceptable results.

I'd honestly go with Midnight if the prices are equal.

Basically the main ZAP Paints go like this

                      Vapor- Dont touch it

                      Spank- Dont touch it

Primer- Meh, lowest I would go, it was pretty erratic in size and caused my Trix and HALO some werid issuses

Tork- Shot 2 bags of it last week, worked fine. No problems, ball on ball with .688 Sceptor insert. Don't have that much experince with it

AMP- My main paint, breaks easy and has great accuracy. Fill isn't that thick though. NEVER had a problem with it

Chornic- Only thing over AMP is a better fill, possibly more consistent balls. I've only shot a case but it was flawless

                      Ultra Chornic- Perfect

                        PMI premiums.

Store 'em correctly, and the last forever.

                        yes, forever.

                        *has a half-bag from 10 months ago*

                        It shoots fine!

I suppose it helps playing stock class

yea pmi premium is great. only if you wanna go cheaper i've used spank and those things shoot good also (unless you get the defective cone shaped one. then you have a problem
