label sticker on aluminum hpa tanks

The label sticker on my tank is flaking at the edges. Is it ok if I just remove it?? All the stamped info is still really good condition.

what exactly does the sticker say? Usually the tank's vital info is beneath a few layers of fiber.

its all the blah blah blah about the cautions and stuff. Its already starting to come off at the edges, Im just so tempted to rip it off.

if its a steel tank yes thats fine i think... fiber... well if you can pick at the info of a fiber tank get as far away as possible :P
