like toyato said, can't really ask people this question. its all personal preference. they're all basically different sizes.
try a long drop, then a short one. then choose again between the 'short ones', or 'long ones'
that should make it easier in choosing.

but like me, i liked the big drop, so i could get more compact and all that, but i've grown to like having tank about 5-9 inchs longer than the back of the gun. makes it more comfortable for me now

Some people dont evan use drops so it realy is personal preference.

How ever if you insist on knowing, i prefer any type of flame drop.

                    umm

imo i like no drops or rail drops just cuz the rails look so nice, but there is barely any differance between the rail drop and no drop.

No drop is the best drop, unless you have a like 88ci or bigger tank and you dont have long arms.

                          pretty much how i learned

the best setup for ME, is a drop not too long so that your elbows dont bend inwards, it makes it harder for you to walk/pull the trigger. when you're arm is straight, you ll have less effort to pulling the trigger

thats how it is to me, yet what i said probably didnt make sense

My maxflow mounting bracket turned backwards so it's more of a drop back to make it a bit longer. Easier for my to run and shoot with the tank resting between my elboy and forearm if ya get what i'm saying.
