    Got the wrong inteli....

Ok, so out of my own stupidity(twice), I get an intelliframe off of an impulse buy. Don't even have any guns to put it on, but am hoping to in the future. Anywho, so i order my intelli. I get it and check it out and everything looks good. I stuff it with most of my paintball stuff(just kinda spread out throughout my room), and forget aboot it. I'm in the process of cleaning out my room when i pick it up and notice that the back hole is rather large. Then i realize it's for the old school RT's. Being that i don't have one of those, i need to figure out a way of using it for a regular mag. Is there anythnig i can get that will alow me to use it? Or do i just have to trade frames with someone? Of course after realizing my problem, i go to look for my reciept to maybe exchange with the distributor, but of course i cna't do that. Sugggestions?

I thought they were all the same and you just use a rail bushing?

Don't worry about it, I'm using a RT intelli on my standard mag and have no probs. Just screw the field strip screw in tighter so the frame doesn't jiggle. But other than that, no problems whatsoever.

And heck, look at it this way, if you ever want to get a classic RT, you've already got the gripframe!

You should probably get some sort of bushing to get it to fit properly. I thinkt here are adapters for it. I'm not really sure though so maybe someone else should go more in depth about it. If they don't make bushings for the grip frame then just um... shove in some origins or washers? lol

Why did you buy an intelli when you dont have a mag?

AGD has a brass spacer that will fill the hole to the right size for a normal field strip screw. Just call them up and order one. I'm not sure how much they are.

They made them so folks who bought Z-Grips for RTs could use them on normal mags. You may want to ask them for the RT Z-Grip bushing.

Now that i think about it, as long as i still have the rail bushing in, it would still work. I'll have to see. I have an old zgripped mag that i can switch out the frames. One of these days, probably.
