Mostly time and practice.
Consistant tempo is the key, start slowly and GRADUALLY work your way faster. Most people I see try and rip on it way to fast for thier ability and that simply doesn't work.
I am fortunate to be a classically trained guitar player for around 25 years, so I kinda had an advantage.

That is a huge part of it. You have to have it set up well enough that the return of the trigger is optimal for each shot. Takes practice mostly thoughOriginally posted by SuiciDal Sn Y p ER

Walking the Trigger
First, ensure you have the new software, 3.2; second practice like the gents above stated; and third, if you like blade triggers then go to the dealers forum and check out coolhands blade trigger for the E/X-Mag. This trigger is very adjustable to get the feeling you want and will allow you to walk quickly. I couldn't walk my X-Mag when I first got it. I recently upgraded the software and with some tuning by ROBAGD (Rob Hoover of PEV's in Fairfax) I could get a pretty consistent string going. Now that I have the Blade made by coolhands Logicpaintball, I can out run timmies and new shockers like they are statnding still. I mean 18-20 BPS for more than a string of 1-2 seconds....I mean for 4-5 seconds easy. Yes it hurts the wallet because of the paint I go through but this trigger will help you with your rythym because of no hump like on the two finger triggers that are stock. I'm happy and more of a killer than ever.

i havent really had a need for walking. i can hit 13-15 by just twitching my one finger. not really that hard either.
