is it on a mag? you could loosen the twist lock

anything else? take a strap wrench, wrap the tag around it an extra time or two, and then pull it.

last, make sure youre turning it the right direction

If its a mag, just take the gun apart. When you take the rail off, the barrel will slide right out. You probably have the twist lock assembly set too tight.

While you have the gun apart, use a hex wrench to loosen the tension on the twist lock. I've found they don't need to be too tight at all.

Put the gun back together, test the twist lock, and then you can leave it like it is, or take the gun apart and make further adjustments.

If its not a mag, or a mag with cocker threads, go get a strap wrench or stronger forearms :)

                    Good advice,
I have found that some guys you screws that are to long and can actually come in contact with the barrel. This can also happen if the trgger frame is to shallow.

SO go get a strap wrench, or find someone with some muscles to take the barrel off :)

Cocker threads get jammed sometimes, unless you managed to cross-thread it (Doubtful, it would take a lot of torque to pull that off), then you just need to apply more pressure to get it off. Just twist harder. Use one of those rubber jar openers if you don't have a strap wrench.

put the gun between your legs and twist really hard on the barrel. next time put a tiny bit of lube on the barrel threads.

Put a light wrap of teflon on those threads next time...

I use a bike-intertube. I know it sounds crazy, but it gives you mean grip and won't scratch anything.
