heres a link to a partial list. http://www.apple.com/dvd/compatibility/ the compatibility issue isnt that big an issue if your player was made after 2000. but i felt it was necessary to note the possibility of problems with older players.

Adam not to be a pain, but is it possible to change my order from VHS to DVD-R? It looks like my PS2 will play the DVD-R and I would much perfer that format.
Let me know if this is possible and I'll send you the extra five bucks.

I have a Sylvania DVD/VCR that is 9 months old. It plays CDs, MP3s, DVDs, but doesn't mention DVD-Rs. I also have an Onkyo that is 2 years old, but it doesn't mention DVD-Rs either. How can I tell?
