I've already counted my pennies four times!
I don't want to sound pushy or impatient I was just wondering if there was a rough time frame. Like 3 months out, 6 months, a year, etc.
If not cool too! I love this idea and really am anxious to get my hot, sweaty hands on one!

Well, I'd say we are at least two weeks, but not more than three weeks away from a prototype.
Once we settle on a design, then about six weeks for machine work (prolly gonna have these done out of house, cause we're so busy), and two weeks for ano.
So, you are probably right, about three months to a finished product in your hands.
I'm still sourcing electronic components, and trying to settle on a location for the on/off switch, but it is getting close.Ryan Shanks

so... if im kinda poor... are you planning on making these for awhile.. cause i have 60 dollars.. and i only have a classic valve... i may be able to get an X valve soon.... but it would take me months to gather the cash for an x valve AND the cash for this trigger frame... i want to make sure im not gonna be unable to ever get one beucase you are only going to produce them for a short period of time
these things wont work with classic valves right?, heh
thanks~robobeaver~
i love mags! :headbang:   :ninja:

I don't see why it wouldn't work with a Classic Valve.Originally posted by RoboBeaver

It won't shoot 20 bps with a Classic, but I see no reason for it to not work at all.

estimated at no more than $350, then you have eyes if wanted....then eye covers....drill the body....crap i gotta dig up some more pennies
as far as bps i have not heard a number on that, so i too would like to know. since he is not using a centerflag board anymore i can say at least 20 bps with the morlock.my feedback

It comes with eyes, getting your body drilled is another thing
Personally Silicon/JB Weld is fine for me

awwww, come on speedy! we need "bling bling" eye covers. that way you can shoot another 3-4 bps
since everyone is asking some basic questions I am going to join in as well. you may not know some of the answers due to the fact that you need to test the prototype out, but i wanted to ask them anyways.
1-are you sticking with the morlock boards?
2-if so what is the bps estimate?
3-did you ever decide for or against the led-lcd display?
4-will it have debounce features?
5-will it have an integrated dovetail option?
6-why are you so cool?
7-have you decided what microswitch weight yet?
8-is it still running off of one 9 volt?
9-will it make me an uber cool pimp with a phat gat?my feedback

1-are you sticking with the morlock boards? Yup
2-if so what is the bps estimate? The Morlock doesn't have any preset BPS limit, so I'd say 26 is the top number, 'till Tom works some more magic.
3-did you ever decide for or against the led-lcd display? No display. The board has an LED for programing, but you won't be able to see it with the grips on. This was done due to space concerns.
4-will it have debounce features? No debounce settings per-se. The ROF is adjusted by changing the amount of time the board alocates for each full cycle. If you set this number low enough, it will never miss a pull, however, it does not buffer shots, so if the marker is not ready, its wasted.
5-will it have an integrated dovetail option? Of course.
6-why are you so cool? Dunno, most people who meet me think I'm goofy.
7-have you decided what microswitch weight yet? We are using the same swithc that comes with an Impulse, or a Matirx, it is VERY light (like <10g). So light we will be using a magent to return the trigger (which will also be adjustable for pull weight).
8-is it still running off of one 9 volt? Yup
9-will it make me an uber cool pimp with a phat gat? PossiblyRyan Shanks
