using a "triangle pattern" on the hat of alternating black and green would be my first choice and suggestion for color, but all black would be nice too.

Check out Branders.com, they have the hot deal on custom beanies and such... I'm talkin like $2/beanie with a custom logo on it.

Minimum orders start at 77 though, so you would hafta find that many people to buy em Or you could front the money if you wanted to, they really arent all that expensive.

I have done some work with Branders and they are super nice people, and will work with you... I had some hats, t-shirts, and pens made up for FragTek promotional stuff, and everything turned out awesome. I have been lookin at slapping AO logos on some of their stuff and selling it myself, but I'll let you take the first crack at it if ya want I'm broke as a joke... hehe
