Would AGD do this type of coling scheem on the X-mag?

Do you guys remmeber the arora shockers? It was like a Kamiklian(sp?) color. It's not a ano or any thing, infact I think the proses invalves sending 10,000 or so volts threw the body then clean anoing it. Can AGD do this for an X-mag? Sure it will be alot of money, but that would be a one of a kind gun for sure.

Well can they, or at least does any one know a Place that does this...like I can send a raw body in...

That is why Eclipse stopped doing it, it was expensive, and too hard to get good results with.

maybe the mag wouldnt look like crap if it had the barrel battery case and trigger frame all done the same and of course grips to match then it would look alright i guess and that body just doesnt do it for that type of "anno" but just my 2 cents

by the way the shocker looks sweet only shocker i have ever liked lol

Destructive Customs planned on doing that color (Spectrum?) for their Destructive Vikings. They mentioned it was expensive but are known for quality work so IM Gecko or Magmonkey if interested to see if they're doing it and what they'd charge.

No it would look like crap either way...

That thing hung on the AGD booth wall for every event I went to for a year. I have no idea where it is now. It was but ugly. It's one of them things that just can't make up its mind what it wanted to be. Some of the ugliness is the body style I guess.

Quick Question: What exactly causes it to color like that? From what was said before, a high voltage is run through the peice, would it be the heat created by the process that creates the spectrum of colors seen on the marker? Like as seen on the chrome headers of a Harley?

well if agd still has that marker i would be more than happy to take it off their hands. COMMON its still a non C&C x mag. its beautiful in the inside lol :)
