Well...that's sounds difficult..or you can just go buy some shrink tubing with an imprint on it and there you go..

Whats your problem? Its better to have 5000 feet of a product people like. Some people may want it solid. Good lord. Hey, I have an idea, lets sell a product that a ton of people may not want for a very simple reason! Quite the business man you are

Ya, you will have to look fairly close to tell...but still, its worthwhile to see if people have a preference...not get nasty replies like kevmasters...

Hexis - I have another thread, but no set details. What makes mine different is that its nylone 11, not nylon 12. Nylon 11 is stronger, and can take higher pressure, as well as take more of a beating before getting weak. The only concern is it has a slightly lower UV rating than nylon 12, but likely not enough to make a difference. I will also be selling it really cheap. On top of all this, it is being made specifically for paintball use and will only be sold as such.

ahh yes, I have mulled it over a bit, and I am probably going to see about getting about 500 feet or so with Automags.org printed on the side. Will I need permission to do this?

Yeah, Automags.org would be sweet. Any writing would be sweet. How about if we could get custom macroline?

I would prefer it being available in an array of colors instead of having an imprint on it. Especially translucent colors, like smoke, clear, ice blue, etc.

Also, patterns would be cool too, like a rattlesnake or camoflauge pattern.

I know this thread had nothing to do with clear or patterned macroline, but your objective is to sell more products, and I think people will buy this and care more about it than having your company's name imprinted on the side.

Oh yeah, and if you manage to put a pattern on it (don't know if it's even possible but I'd like to see it done) and it's something cool looking like snakeskin or a chameleon type pattern that changes in light, then I'll definately buy a couple feet of it.

and about the businessman, well....all the other macroline I have ever owned has some corp name or some burst pressure info...and it still sells. People don't ask whether it has writing on the side or not...they just ask for 5' of it. From you're point of view, it should HAVE to have writing on it. Why? Advertising is how businesses stay open. IMHO, its a dumb question to begin with, why else have there been 120 people who passed on voting?

Im sorry, but im just NOT understanding the logic behind this post, and I would appreciate it if you just didnt bother posting as your not helping at all.

As for paterns, it seems as though it is not possible because the nylon is bought in big blocks, and melted. Seperate colors will be available, but not for a while. There is a POSIBILITY of translucent, and glow in the dark (although it wont have to much of a point, its pretty different and some may want it) may be available. Right now, the first batch will be black.

EDIT: Mabe there is a way to have paterns printed on it..hmm.. I will look into it. My dad is who I need to talk to about all this, but I just discovered hes in the hospital, and I cant talk till next week.
