AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
This reminds me I was gonna try this once. I have a spare relader sittin around somewhere so I'm gonna try to make a huge ghetto loader. Huge as in 500+ capacity
Kids, don't huff gas
I would be more impressed if you mounted that on top and put the guts and eye from an old 9v loader and it worked.
Just an old 2L on a warp, my 9 year old can do.
But keep at it
heh... been there, done that. An cordless drill with a paint mixing paddle turning balls inside a 2 gallon plastic gas can. Keeps the paint stirred and holds about a case of paint. Great little thing for a crew served gun emplacement (like three stringrays with a hand crank gear to trip the sears, on a tripod running liquid of a 5 pound siphon tank). I'm working on something a bit more practical though, a new loader body for a A-5 that holds a LOT more balls
VL had a 300 ball size revy at one time, my ICD Banana hopper holds about 240 balls,
Heck, strap a JT Speedpod adapter onto your loader and you increase the capacity a bit.
