Paintballerz.com and the Profiler...

I ordered my Profiler from them on the 26th and emailed them that night to see when they'd be getting them and they still haven't replied. Anybody got the scoop? I think i'm just gonna call during my lunch period tomorrow cuz i'm not home when they're open.

I dunno. I called them and ordered a grey one last tuesday and the guy on the phone said they would have it in and ship it out last friday. I haven't seen it yet.

If they are shipping UPS ground I wouldnt expect it till next monday or later with the current x-mas volume.

Hello everyone.
As a person that does graphic work for www.paintballerz.com, i hang around the store often.

Here is the scoop. And you should be suprised.
paintballerz has been swammped with orders for profilers, with sometimes an average of 12 order for a profiler, a DAY! Now take in regard, we are one of the many few stores that got on the list first and to put it on the website. And with the many orders that we got, we will fullfill your needs but v-force first needs to start sending out more masks. Now paintballerz is very ahead of schedule taking into consideration the amount of profilers we get a week.
The week of december 8-12, we recieved 5 profilers, all shipped on Tuesday the 9th and Wednesday the 10th. I dont know who it's going to, but the list is shrinking.

Best bet is to call paintballerz and ask them whats the deal. But as for the shipping, expect delay. It's the holiday.

I just got off the phone with Paintballerz. They said all the greys shipped out last Friday, I ordered mine last Tuesday and it *should* be at my door tomorrow.

Hello.
Please understand, you are one of the many THOUSANDS that ordered these masks. Some stores aren't even getting these masks. This is the "hot" product that everyone wants and that everyone is paying for. But with that, you will have to wait, maybe even a considerable amount of time. But as i said, the best bet is to call and see what is happening. You may not be getting it on time, but you should sure be happy you guys are getting these right now.

I tried that...but eh..i'll just wait cuz thats all i can do i guess

Why not try calling when paintballerz is open. Sometime around 3 PST is when they can really help you.
