My friend Rob218 is having some problems. He can't do any thing on AO! He can login but thats about it. He can't post, PM, email or utilize any of the other awesome features of AO. Its been about 2 weeks now and we can't figure out what the problem is. He can login so we know he's not banned or anything and he can post on PBNation so its not that he can't do the forum thing its just on AO and this problem is crippling his fun level. It used to be pretty high but lately (since he couldn't use AO) its dropped drastically. ANY help is apreciated. Mods if there is anything ya'll can do about this please let me know and ill relay the message.

Well OK you could have PM'd or emailed me but for everyones edification...
He failed to reply to his email to confirm his change in email address. He then went into limbo as a "user awaiting email confirmation". Thats how I found his account sitting when I just checked. This would do all the things you describe. If you do not reply to it then it will not activate the account.
Now I can fix it and have. I changed his status to registered. All should be well now. -

I often find that I can't enjoy AO as well. Sometimes, I'm just reading posts, skimming along, when I see something so incredibly stupid it gets stuck in my head. I'll try to ignore it, pretend I didn't see it, but it just bounces around in there, driving me crazy.
If it weren't for my horse, I wouldn't have spent that year in college.
