People will never learn. Though you know I was thinking. If I would have bought every barrel that was total hype and never really made it off the ground, I would have a pretty extensive and rare barrel collection. I am almost tempted to buy one just to start this collection. In 5 years I can pull it out and say, does anyone remember these?

Well,

There used to be an automag barel that had a big silencer end. Don't know if you can still get it though.

Porting in a barrel is stupid anyways. All it does is reduce the effective length of the barrel and make the marker quieter.

Now iy you have a muffler on the end you could regain some of the lost effective length AND be quiet. but, many tournament rules seem to forbid silencers even if they are built-in to the barrel.

As an Armson user, I can atest that the rifling (when properly produced) dosen't curveball.

Frankly, the product looks nice. I don't buy the hype, but it does have style. The chrome one looks like it would start fires on a sunny day.
