These guys have come up with the most serious armor to date that I have seen. Doesn't this just seem like a bad idea? Can you imagine how hot someone would get in one of these babies?

is it me or does getting hit with a paintball actually not hurt? (barring hits to genital/throat etc. regions) Is the armor just for people who are completely wussies? Personally i just think its a terrible idea.

ive had bad encounters with paintballs, i guess ima pussy that gets armor , getting shot from 2 feet away in the ribs, by someone who was shooting more than hot (limit was 270 fps, he was recronoed at 390, and booted from the feild)

I got to check out some of their stuff since their booth was next to ours at the Miami NPPL. They were a bit out of place at a paintball tournament (since their products are obviously aimed at rec/scenario play) at didn't have that many visitors. Their products seem to be of good quality, though.

looks decent, but not as functional as something a little more expensive, but higher quality would.

I'd take COPS911 over this stuff anyday. Robert does excellent work . . . and custom as well if you want it. More pouches, and it also takes away alot of the pain.

I was chatting with Big Matt of madcustoms yesterday and he said it was amazing how much robert's vests take away the pain of a hit, even for those of us who aren't wusses about hits (I've taken neck shots before and still don't wear neck armor. I will once I get a throat mic, though, but mainly to protect the mic ).

Good idea, but COPS911 looks alot better IMO and has more function. And no I don't own one of his vests yet, but mine IS on the way .
