does the evlution2 come in green?

Rit dye is clothing dye and can be found in powder form at your locak grocery store. you will put it in water and heat it up, then submerge your parts and they will dye

quality usually comes first or along with looks/price so i think ill go with the rit dye, thanx a bunch.

Using RIT is really easy. I've done a couple hoppers already.

you can get RIT dye at any grocery store.

I wouldnt spray paint it. pending on what kind of plastic VL uses, the chemicals in the paint may attach the plastic and make it very brittle.

not that anyone would, but its the same with the lenses in your mask. im NOT sure what type of plastic it is, poly combonite or whatever, but the spray paint will eat at the lense plastic makeing them britle. its not as much a safty issue with your hopper.

I'd probably dye it,but it won't come out solid green,it'll be more like "smoked" or tinted green.

tinted green or a deep translucent green is what im looking for, and maybe that krylon will do the job as well. how do i use the rit dye? i got that i have to heat it up in water then dip the parts in it but is there a specific temp or amount of water? i went to the be website and its really crapola there but i think ive got what i need.

Yeah, if you have a clear hopper, then take all the electronics out of it, put the halves back together and set it aside.
Get a pot of water big enough for you hopper to fit in, fill it with water (not all the way to the top. remember your hopper will displace some water and you might flood the kitchen, dying your countertops in the process... Remember, I speak from experience... ) Buy a bottle of RIT Dye from walmart or a cloth or hobby store. Pour the entire bottle of DYE into the pot of water and boil. when the mixture is evenly mixed and boiling, turn the heat off and place the hopper in the pot. Don't let it sit still for too long, it might melt and stick to the sides of the pot. It usually takes about 5 mins for a good, even color depending on how hot the water is and how concentrated the dye solution is. Keep the hopper in there until it is just darker than you want is. pull it out and wash it off in soap and cold water. (not Ice-cold, you might crack your shell.) if your color is lighter than you want, dip it back in the dye for a little bit...

I am very sure that eVLutions don't come in smoke, look it up. they come in clear but not smoke. they make a revoluton in smoke.

I dyed mine green with Rit and it turned out pretty good. Its not hard at all.

Evolution II's are available in clear, black, and smoke.

The smoke's are very new (maybe even limited time) but the store I manage has 2 in.

im worried about the water melting the shell or deforming it. i boiled my pocket knife ahwile ago and the plastic sides (swiss army knife) melted off.

that is clear they just call it smoke on 888paintball smoke is darker. and if they did make smoke they don't anymore or it is really new.

and 03vert if you put the hopper in the dye for too long it will melt so be careful if you dye it.

Yes they do have smoke. Why are people so aggresive about it. Just relax and accept the fact that they are available in smoke.

Ginjiroku if you are in LA you can swing by Ultimate Paintball in Hawthorne. The had a shipment of about 10 smoke. Might be gone now but they had them. Don't know about limited but they are new.

Unlike Big Foot I have seen these in person. They do exist they are not a myth. But no they do not feed 56 bps.

did I seam really aggressive. I have just never heard of any in smoke and was sure they didn't make them. They must be really new than.
