    Emag trigger

What Kind of set-up do you have on your emag trigger? Like how many magnets or whatever and how do you tune it and how does it feel.

actually just looking for the same thing ...

I am using some spacers (o-rings) and as many magnets fit, i believe all three..

It is a short trigger pull, easily walkable with some effort.. I know that is an oxymoron, but you guys get it :]

1 oring and one magnet up top, tweaked set screw for nice short pull w/ some backtravel.

I've tweaked the set screw in the selector switch for a nice short pull w/ some backtravel, I use 1 and a 1/2 orings up top and one magnet.

Take the rail off the gun. You'll see the brass magnets sitting in the gripframe above the trigger. Pull & hold the trigger, and stick your allen key in. Pull the magnets out.

Put orings inside that hole, put magnet back in.

Remember what you are doing. You're making more room between the magnets, making it a lighter pull. It also means there's less return force from the magnet as well.

I use a thin strip of paper, accordian folded, and one magnet.
The paper is nice cause you can tear a bit of it at a time, if ya wanna get nit picky on the trigger feel.

Digressing: i wonder if anyone has drilled a hole through the magnet well and tapped a grub/set screw for further adjustability.

                word.

I used a white teflon oring found in a classic valve/classic valve rebuild kit.

                    Fits just right.

                        OK here come's the odd-ball

4 magnets, no spacers, o-rings, or paper. Very short, VERY crisp, I just like the mech feel better.

When I bought it, it was o-ring and one magnet. I could walk it real nice, but really hated the feel of a trigger a fart could move

carbon, dont drill through that metal strip, it is very thin, and can punch out easily, trust me i know, i did it.

foreward travel was done by timmy63 on his tl63 trigger, he put a setscrew in the tip if the trigger instead of the magnet. it made for a very adjustable and light trigger. the setscrew was steel so it was attracted to the magnets in the top

There would be no return in the trigger.

You would only be able to shoot with the gun pointing down (gravity reseting the trigger)

Could probably take all magnets out and put a microswitch back there..
