Stupid rules

OK so Im thinking of taking a romantic trip with my lady, I look at several different options for traval and settle on a train. What could me more romantic than a compartment on a train? Nothing if you dont want to take your paintall marker with you.

I have spent the last hour on the phone trying to talk to Amtrak about this, I got an answer from this moron at some help desk, he said that they did this all the time and he needed to know the brand of marker that I was going to take, I asked if he wanted the model or the maker, he said the name of the company that makes it, so I answered AGD, he asked what that stood for, So I said Air Gun...before I could even get the las \t word out he said that NO GUNS WERE ALLOWED ON AMTRAK. so I asked again if paintball markers were and he said yes, but I was asking about taking an air gun not a paintball marker.

This is the same marker that I take on airlines all the time with little or no problem.

People are so stupid....What am I going to do?

enigma4u - you need to understand that there are a lot of people that are complete idiots. take me for an example - back in the day i thought that angels were the best guns on the market. you all will come across dumb people one day

ok here's what you do:
get like a duffle and a harness with about 7 pods and fill the duffle with guppies full o'paint and charge in there like there's no tomarow. i bet you'd have the train station and maybe even the guy you talked to on the phone as a...uh...negotiator in no time flat. assuming youve got a fast trigger finger and they dont carry guns. real ones i mean. good luck and just dont hit anyone in the face. oh yea and if youve got some paint left over send it my way (in the mail) if you get a chance seeing as you wont need it in the slammer.
