Only has bas customer service. I called to cancel an order, the girl clicked on her pc said "ok sir, cancelled and your cc has been credited". A week later, stuff came to my door and I was still charged, which screwed up some bills I paid online as well.[Something Cool is Here]Comment

I had no problem with them, but didn't have to use their customer service at all.
custompb.com however: Ordered an in stock phantom.
Got an e-mail, they had one in stock on the computer, but couldn't find it. Want a refund or another gun?
Refund naturally.
3 weeks later, no credit in my account. E-mailed them.
The request was made that day, he'll follow up on it.
Still no credit. I'm calling them tomorrow.
