    PME/ Pure Energy customer service

well just wanted to tell everyone that i just had the best customer service from Pure Energy. i called them cuz i had a problem with a leak from the reg. they teched it out and are sending me the repair parts for FREE.

Also another thought i have contacted many Companys and i think that paintball have the BEST costumer service in any business. any thought has anyone called a company and gotten rude customer service. just want to know thanks

PMI has great customer service. Back when I had my Piranaha and it was screwed up they sent me a new sear and hammer for free. They are also very friendly on the phone.

Funny you should bring this up now,we were just talking about this.I brought my PE tank to World Cup for service due to a Reg leak(old style, doesn't come apart). They couldn't get it apart there either so they took it back with them.2 weeks later,it shows up with a brand new reg,no charge for it(was told it was $50)and no return shipping charges.I've delt with them a few times in the past and I have yet to pay for any parts or service they ever gave me,regardless of how long the warrantees were.

              Pretty cool,

              Jay.
