To Tom, for being just cool enough to hang out with the players, and really listen to them. Not to mention the whole "Get Warped" contests.
To the tech crew, who instead of jumping across the counter and choking someone for asking a dumb question will ake a deep breath, and explain that a L 10 kit will not work with a low-pressure setup. Plus fixing a gun, even if it's a trivial "Oh, this needs to be screwed in tighter".
To all the 'behind the scenes' people who build the 'Mags, store the 'Mags, move the 'Mags, and call the places to make new 'Mags.
To the AGD teams that play at Sams, for the advice given, and the time taken to share stuff with players.
But ESPECIALLY JoAnn and Marcia, the fine office ladies of AGD, who we all know are the true powerhouses of AGD. But they never get any holiday cards.
