maybe this is old news, but i got this message when trying to submit an RMA request.

Error: Bad or Missing Recipient
There was no recipient or an invalid recipient specified in the data sent to FormMail. Please make sure you have filled in the recipient form field with an e-mail address that has been configured in @recipients or @allow_mail_to. More information on filling in recipient/allow_mail_to form fields and variables can be found in the README file.

I had the same prob. this the response I got from another post. He called me and I sent my EMAG in w/o a hitch.

Send the following info to [email protected] :

serial number
name
address
phone
email
and the problem

He will be able to get you an RA #.
