Claims?

Ok we are all more or less aware of what we "think" Smart Parts is doing with these various patent claims. However perhaps they do have a sense of humour as they have used the "we have a patent on that, too" on the ad page 62/63 current PGI.
....but since when could Dynasty be called Triple Crown Champions AND be associated to being that way because of Smart Parts...is this another claim of using anothers products to now claim as theirs?

It's unjust, but smart like all of their recent moves.

The mass paintball public knows nothing about the lawsuit, or even Dynasty changing to Smart Parts.

Thus they can use the Dynasty name even though they did nothing to help make Dynasty who they are today.

Well dealing with the backlash with a little levity certainly is a shrewd move. Dosen't make it any better but it is a smart tactic to take. Make it all a joke and it will go away I guess is the plan. I am not amused... But if I were in their shoes I would indeed do just that.
