    Now i hear ppl talking about autococker thread, now im a little newbish considering i just got a classic mag im bulding everying from scratch and if i think what a autococker thread is, is were u screw in the barrel?? am i right??

    yes the threads are what the barrel screws into.. and the ULE modies and such are made in these threads because of the avliablity of barrels in cocker threads.

      Many guns use their own version of threads. Much like normal screws/bolts in hardware that are measured in pitch and coarse/fine thread, so are paintball gun barrels.

      The majority fall into these-

      Impulse
      Cocker
      Shocker
      Spyder
      M98
      A5
      Angel
      Mag

      Each one has a different # of threads, length of thread and what not. So you can't use a cocker threaded barrel on a shocker.

      Also- some guns use a standard thread. So the Timmy uses Cocker threads, even though it's not a cocker.
