    2004 Empire Intimidator VIDEO

Well guys, I got my 2004 Empire Intimidator at Extreme Rage today. I decided to make a video for you guys to see. You will need the latest version of Windows Media Player. I filmed this video right out of the box.

Thanks. Weird thing is that Bob's board said I hit 14bps. Right now the trigger is soooo heavy with the spring in...time for tweaking!

It probably uses the 2 quickest shots. In the very begining there was a few groups of shots close to 13,I checked it in full second intervals but I didn't check each and every full second.

Snag a Techna trigger and loose the spring all together. Manike's Empire is setup like that and it was so fast at the SC Meet, it was just plain silly.

                Load, I plan on it.

My only dilemma right now is which style to get for my Shocktech, Empire, and future Alias. =\

If you ever rake the trigger then go for a rapier. Otherwise a blade style would be your best bet. Nice gun!

Some of your are being ignorant, he hasnt set the trigger up yet. Once you take the springs etc out as said above, timmies are probably the fastest shooting gun out there.

Well, I'm sorry it wasn't that impressive.

...also keep in mind I was shooting in forced mode. Since I was shooting from a balcony DOWN to a tree in my backyard, the half-full HALO wasn't feeding too well; the balls were drifting towards the nose and not onto the drive cone. That's why at the start you hear the short, fastest string and it just gets slower gradually.=)

Also, this is the first blade-triggered gun I've owned--I'm still adjusting to it.

EDIT: Also, I wasn't intending to make the gun bounce. To me, a gun bouncing at 22bps isn't anymore exciting than a legal gun firing around 13bps.

                              I ain't spending no 80 bucks for a TRIGGER!

I'm all for telling people why things cost a lot in paintball, how some kids complain about 80 a case of paint and so forth. But there's no way I can argue against a TRIGGER that's 80 BUCKS. I don't care if it does have a ballbearing little device, I simply can't warrant the price. I'll just roll the current one.
