IF it's as pictured,and it may not be,that's all I'd pay anyway.SS body(would change),non ule frame(hate it),old software(WAY outdated)etc. You'd find one better equipt used for around that price.That may be why it's so cheap.

Could just be a mistake. Or could just be one they had in stock so long they just want to get out from under it. Might not be but one or so of them if thats the case.

You could easy reflash that and yea it might have a emag valve in it and you could have that High Rise cut down. Would be a good buy if you could get it I should think.

To be completly honest , of all the stores I have ever been in, I have seen one "new" Mag on the wall.
It was an (original)RT with the Retro Valve and the long sub-machinegun body.It has been in that store from the day I started playing paintball and it is still there now.(that store still has a Nova for sale on the wall too)
The only other Mags I have seen were old used classics.One of which I bought for my wife....
