I've got a superfly bolt in my E-99, Works flawlessly.
I really don't think it should be a problem at all, but if you are worried about it, email shocktech customer service, they are pretty good at getting back to you.
There is a valve upgrade called the magna valve, which I have heard good things about, but I don't want to screw up my marker, so I'm too much of a wuss to try it... lol

The supafly bolt has a very poor fit into spyders. it's an o-ringless design, but for that to work you need a tight fit in the breach. Which it doesn't have.

From my experiance, the generic "turbo" valves allow you to operate at a lower pressure, but dont offer much else. If thats all you want, you can modify a stock valve to do the same. I would look into a rocket valve. Very high flowing, and once set up right gives you much better effiency.
