Ok, my team is talking expansion, and moving to possible five or seven man format from three - I have a feeling we are going to get a little more serious now.
I have looked at other markers now, I currently shoot an X-valved, ULE Mag. I REALLY LIKE IT
I have gotten a chance to shoot e-mags (didn't really like them in electronic mode), vikings (indifferent), F5 'cockers (felt.. well fragile in my hands, or I was too worried about it), and 03 shockers (I liked it).
Now I come to the point that a backup marker, other than my minimag, is going to need to be purchased. I was thinking of going electro and changing my x-valved mag to my back-up marker, but I cannot find an electro that I am as comfortable with as my mag.
I think its time to buy the twin to the one I have - and run pure mechanical. I love my mag, I like the feel, I like the way it shoots. I can see some advantages to twin setups, never having to worry about which gun to pick etc. Am I nuts to stay with mechanical?
