    Vert Feed Pros

I have herd alot of crap about why vert feeds are better and the ones that make sence are #1 with the drop you get the balls up to a higher speed increasing your loads per secont and #2 when running you get less blow back and get hence shoot more paint because they arnt bouncing around so much......
Just wondering the pros of a vert feed and if the high rise feeds make a diff also...

i dont know if this thread has been done alot before if it has just yell at me.

I think I'll yell at you... DO A SEARCH! I even did this thread actually.

The vert feed is hype. It keeps the hopper balanced over the marker and there is blowback problems with it. For example, the halo performs better on p/f than on v/f.

Psychomag-I can solve your barrel problems. I am a Machinist and I can mill the proper hole so that any barrel you have will fit a centerfeed. I have a thread on the tech forum explaining what I do with pics. It is called wadjapay for your centerfeed barrel.

He did my barrels and they fit perfect!
Funny! I don't have trouble with my vert feeds ether. How is vert feed hype?? From what I've read, the halo can feed a constant 13bps on a vert feed so thats all I need. I don't care if a powerfeeds can feed 18-17-or 16 bps. NOBODY can shoot that fast! Not to mention it is ALOT easyer to play both sides of the bunker.

If you are in search of barrels, please call J&J Performance, they have barrels in stainless, Full tilts, and Ceramic for the Vert Feed Mags. I bought a Full tilt from them, bought several more tips and love my Mag, hell the refs at my local field all love my Mag. All have the same thing to say, it's a nice change of pace to be able to site in down the side of the body...can tuck in tighter with the Vert Feed...etc etc..

On that note, is'nt the BPS capped at 13 on E-mags? So why is that an issue if it can't do 18?

The Emag is limited to 13 bps, as all electros are technically...but I've seen some race cockers that'll shoot 14bps if not more...the Sandridge Cockers will outshoot that 13bps...

its also very easy to uncapp emags. Also ask the people from halo...how they get those 17 and 18 bps vids without uncapping the emag they used. Im sure there is some way.....Im calling them up after i get my slf. And also they musta got some special version concidering they shot it with full auto.

I think I'll be ok with 13 myself..thanks. I like to make a case last all day, not 1 game.

i personaly like the lok of the vert body.
id get one except for the barrels are different than original barrels so it would take a bit more time to get a barrel for it.
but they are nice looking and keep the balance of the gun very good. not like a powerfeed which is a bit more off balance than the centerfeed.
